Identify Authors who have given us permission to reprint their articles

To identify an authors as someone who has given permission to reprint articles, use the Permiss link on each authors line in the Authors Control Panel. Which you find by logging in as an editor, BUT only for managing editors or senior editors.

When clicking the Permiss link, and then filling in the information and clicking on Submit, that specifies that that particular author has given permission to OEN to reprint his/her articles.

And it includes fields for the authors website URL, his/her RSS feed, and
a checklist for editors assigned to that "permisisoned author"

It also contains a description field for notes.

Note the checkbox on the form where you enter the permissioned authors info.

It says:  Allow Reprinting on Other Sites?

The checkbox is UNchecked by default.

ALL articles from permissioned authors will have this statement:

This piece was reprinted by Positive Psychology with permission or license. It may not be reproduced in any form without permission or license from the source.

UNLESS the above checkbox is checked.

Any author who is indentified in this way will have an icon on their authors page and on all articles by that author.
